About Earl Stoddard, MD, FAAD, FACMS
Earl Stoddard, MD, FAAD, FACMS, is the medical director and on-staff Mohs surgeon at Idaho Skin Institute in Chubbuck, Idaho.
Dr. Stoddard completed his dermatology residency at the nationally acclaimed Duke University Medical Center. After finishing residency, he completed an additional one-year comprehensive Mohs surgery fellowship focusing on the most advanced techniques for skin cancer removal. After his training, Dr. Stoddard returned to Pocatello, his home, to practice surgical, medical, and cosmetic dermatology.
Dr. Stoddard is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, a fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery, and a member of the American Society of Dermatological Surgery. He graduated from the University of Washington Medical School with high honors and is a member of the medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha.
Dr. Stoddard and his staff at the Idaho Skin Institute are the area's only dermatology office to offer photodynamic therapy for the treatment of pre-cancerous conditions and narrow-band UVB therapy for the treatment of psoriasis and eczema. Dr. Stoddard is committed to providing his patients with the highest quality of care in a comfortable and caring environment.
Dr. Stoddard is one of only six fellowship-trained Mohs surgeons in the state of Idaho and the only fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon in Pocatello. He has helped perform over 6,000 Mohs surgery cases.
When Dr. Stoddard is not working in the office, you can find him on the ski slopes, or off on a fun adventure with his wife, Bernee, and their five children.
