Dr. Stuart explained the options to address the skin cancer spots on my face. The Blue light therapy was very effective for what was present and anything else that was unseen. Follow up appointment showed good results.

I had Dr. Ryan McCulloch perform a small procedure on my head. He removed two cysts for me. One larger one and also a smaller one. He stitched me up and he did the best job> I was very impressed with his precision and care. However when I came back on November 11th to get the stitches removed the nurse overlooked two of the stitches. Unbeknownst to me, I had those stitches in my head for almost another 3 weeks. I didn't notice them until Thanksgiving day. Unfortunately ISI was closed for the whole weekend so I had to go to urgent care and get them removed as they were getting very uncomfortable and started bleeding when I touched them after feeling the discomfort. I was very careful not to touch them further until I could get them removed. The staff at the front desk did not help me out at all and said there was nothing they would do for me. That was very disappointing and I felt angry that because of the nurses negligence I had to seek help elsewhere and facing a new bill to pay. This would not have been needed had I received the proper removal of the stitches. I have no issues with Dr. Ryan as he did an amazing job but feel very disappointed in how I was treated when I needed help at no fault of my own. In the future I will have a doctor check me before leaving the office.

Nice, friendly and told me that my concerns were legitimate about bumps on my neck and how to treat them. They aren't a serious problem that couldn't be treated at home.
